Privacy Policy

Why Each Type Is Held

Contact form submissions are kept so we can reply to your questions or requests. Your IP address and browser details help us diagnose technical issues and improve how the site displays on different devices. Page-view data shows us which parts of the lobby are most popular. This helps us arrange content more usefully for players. None of this information is used to identify you personally outside of support cases.

How Long Records Are Kept

Contact form records are stored for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry, then deleted within a reasonable period. Server logs containing IP addresses and page views are kept for up to 12 months. Once the purpose for holding any data ends, it is securely erased. We do not keep records indefinitely. Regular reviews ensure no data is held beyond what is necessary under Malaysian personal data protection principles.

Your Rights to Access or Delete

You may request a copy of any personal data the site holds about you by using the contact form. We will provide this information in a clear format within a reasonable time, as required by Malaysian data protection law. You can also ask for your data to be deleted through the same contact form. Once we verify your request, we will remove your records unless we are legally obliged to keep them. No fee is charged for these requests.

Who Data Is Shared With

We share anonymous usage data with analytics providers who help us understand site traffic. Hosting providers also process server logs on our behalf. Both act strictly under our instructions and may not use the data for their own purposes. The platform never sells your personal data to third parties. We do not share your contact details with advertisers or partners. Any disclosure is limited to what is required for the site to operate securely and efficiently.

What We Collect and When

When you fill in the contact form, you submit your name, email address, and message. The site also automatically records your IP address, browser type, and which pages you view each time you visit. This automatic logging happens on every page load. No additional data is gathered without your action, such as submitting a form. We do not collect financial details or account passwords through these channels.

Cookies and Turning Them Off

The site uses cookies to remember your language preference and to understand general traffic patterns. These are small text files stored by your browser. No cookie tracks you across unrelated websites. If you disable cookies in your browser settings, the site will still work. However, you may need to select your language or region each visit. Some features like session persistence may not function as smoothly.
